The tasting will highlight some of Europe’s absolute finest Riesling growing sites like, the Pechstein vineyard of the Pfalz region and the famous Klaus vineyard of Weissenkirchen in the Wachau region of Austria.
Riesling might be the world’s most transparent grape variety really showcasing its origin and the soils its grown on.
