Kevin grew up in the Pacific Northwest and started his culinary career in Seattle, Washington over 30 years ago. He landed a job with The Four Seasons Hotel and Resorts at the age of 19 as a Cook III shucking oysters and making salads. Chef Kevin’s career with The Four Seasons took him to many beautiful places such as The Ritz Carlton Chicago, The Four Seasons Vancouver, The Four Seasons Manele Bay and The Lodge at Koele on the tiny island of Lana’i, Hawaii. Kevin is joining us most recently from the Four Seasons Resort here in Vail where he held the position of Executive Chef. In his time there he was responsible for the enhancement of Flame and the creation and launch of The Remedy Bar food concept. Chef Kevin is passionate about food and quality, seasonal ingredients. “My philosophy on food is simple; treat each ingredient with the respect it deserves and don’t over complicate it.” Chef Kevin lives in Eagle Vail with his wife Jennifer, a teacher with Eagle County Schools, son Carter, and daughter Sophia. When Kevin is not in the kitchen, he enjoys mountain time with the family, camping, snowboarding, fishing, hiking, and biking.


Chef Kevin will be a part of the Lamb Aprés, Mountain Top Picnic and the Grand Tasting.
