Puerto Rican Chef with over 2 decades of experience, my culinary journey started in my native island of Puerto Rico. I moved to CO in 2018 were I started working in the prestigious Broadmoor Hotel, then I moved to the mountains of Vail to work for the luxurious Sonnenalp Hotel. I'm currently the Executive Sous Chef at the Sonnenalp Club where I continue to elevate the dining experience blending my Puerto Rican heritage with local flavors and ingredients.
