Kevin Erving
Chef Kevin Erving has lived in the Valley now for 10 years. He has been an influence part of Taste of Vail. He was Chef that opened Remedy Bar at the Four Seasons back in 2015, before moving on to Beano's Cabin in Beaver Creek for 5 years. Then back to Vail to open The Gambit, the place to see and be seen while enjoying signature craft cocktails and culinary delights after a day on the mountain.
