Martina Beckwith

"Martina's culinary journey blossomed during her time at Clark University. Faced with uninspiring dining hall food and perpetually hungry friends, she took to the kitchen, inspired by the diverse flavors of her international friends and the cherished recipes of her mother and grandmother, both exceptional cooks. She began her culinary experiments. In 2004, she enrolled in the culinary program at Colorado Mountain College, gaining valuable experience in renowned restaurants at Beaver Creek. Demonstrating her culinary talent, she became the private chef for the Australian Paralympic Ski Team in 2007, a role she cherished for several years. For nearly two decades, Martina has passionately served families in Vail as a private chef, continually expressing her creativity and artistry through her culinary skills.
