What better way to welcome the Spring season than with the debut of 2015 Rosés? The Debut will have more than 100 Rosé varietals to try, and takes place on Wednesday night, making it the perfect kick-off to Taste of Vail weekend! Avon Liquor Buyer Cary Hogan is no stranger to Taste of Vail, or the Debut of Rosé, having attended and volunteered at the event since its inception. Taste of Vail Debuts Commemorative Artwork for 25th Anniversary

The selected design, created by Art Director Coni Terrado, was considered a labor of love given her brief hiatus and recent return to Vail. Terrado uses various digital techniques to create an abstract work of art, which depicts several iconic locations found in Vail Village and on Vail Mountain. Further detail connects the location to Taste of Vail with a glass of wine complimented by a bottle all set in the nature-filled landscape that is Vail. “To me, Taste of Vail is as iconic as the Covered Bridge, the Clock Tower, and the Back Bowls of Vail,” said Terrado. “It is part of what makes Vail so unique and special.” Terrado has spent the last five years living in two different countries, each six months at a time. All it takes is a completed entry form for the opportunity to take part in a gourmet picnic complete with fine wine, craft beer and cocktails on Vail Mountain. The Mountaintop Picnic is located at 10,350 feet above sea level in a hand-built snow arena near Vail Mountain’s Eagle Bahn Gondola. Buy Early and Save for the 24th Annual Taste of Vail Food and Wine Festival

Save up to 20 percent on ticket prices when purchased before Dec. 31, 2013. Taste of Vail also is offering a variety of new ticket options for the 2014 event including a Signature Event Pass and special seminar packs. The Signature Event Pass provides access to the 10th Annual Colorado Lamb Cookoff & Apres Ski Tasting, Mountaintop Picnic and Grand Tasting for $350 (regular $385). New Four and Six-Pack Seminar passes also are available for attendees to experience a wide range of entertaining and educational sessions. The Four-Pack is on sale for $110 (regular $150) and the Six-Pack is currently $155 (regular $185).
