Chef John was raised on a 165 acre dairy turned hobby farm that feature a range of animals including ducks, geese, goats, pigs, and chickens.

After high school he attended Le Cordon Bleu in Minneapolis where he graduated with an Associate�s Degree in culinary arts.

John�s Rocky Mountain journey into fine dining Italian cuisine started at the Lodge at Vail working at Wildflower and Cucina Rustica, then at the 10th on Vail Mountain and Campo di Fiori before coming to Toscanini.
