bol | Vail, CO | A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, Paula worked in fine dining restaurants in her home state of New Jersey (as well as Providence, Rhode Island and London, England) before finding her way to Colorado in 1994. In Colorado she has worked as a pastry chef and savory chef starting her Colorado career at Copper Mountain. In 1998 Paula started working for the Cascade Hotel in Vail and has been in the Valley since in many roles from pastry Chef at Game Creek Club to Executive Chef at Larkspur and most recently and to date Executive Chef at Bol. She loves to learn anything and everything about food, and today, with so many innovative cooking techniques and ideas available, there’s always more knowledge to gain.
