Molly Harrison, owner of Hovey & Harrison, is an awarded chef with a diverse culinary background. After graduating from the CIA and 15 years spent working in and running top restaurants around Chicago, Atlanta and New York she moved to the mountains and helped develop the bread program for Zino's, Mountain Standard and Sweet Basil. In July of 2017 she opened the doors to her own restaurant, Hovey & Harrison with a vision of creating a communal space where whole seasonal ingredients are combined to craft good food that harmonizes with planet and community. When she's not baking artisanal sourdough breads or creating specials for the cafe, you can find her running or skiing in the mountains!
