Known for his passion for food, fresh ingredients and commitment to sourcing the best culinary products, Executive Chef Kenneth Butler brings his knowledge and creativity to Manor Vail Lodge and The Fitz Bar & Restaurant. Chef Ken developed his culinary skills and love for wine and spirits working at some of the best mountain resorts in Colorado. Prior to Manor Vail Lodge, Chef Ken was a Sous Chef for the Andaz Maui, at Wailea Resort. In 2013, he won his region for Cochon 555 and became an accredited level one sommelier by the Court of master sommeliers. The creative freedom to go beyond in the kitchen results in Chef Ken’s unique modern approach to American cuisine.


The Fitz Bar and Restaurant will be at the Lamb Aprés Tasting on Thursday, April 4, 2019 3 pm- 6 pm
