  • 2007 Taste of Vail Guest Chef Michael Chiarello is owner and executive chef at Tra Vigne Restaurant, in California’s Napa Valley. He was named Chef of the Year by the Culinary Institute of America in 1995 and by Food & Wine magazine in 1985.
    Greg Quiroga, known for his fiery yet passionate style, gregarious nature and quick wit, takes the auctioneer’s microphone at this year’s Taste of Vail, April 11-14.

    2007 Taste of Vail Guest Chef Lee Hefter is executive chef at Spago Beverly Hills, in Beverly Hills, Calif. He has been named Best New Chef by Food & Wine magazine.
    2007 Taste of Vail Guest Chef Lachlan Mackinnon-Patterson is executive chef at Frasca Food and Wine in Boulder, Colo., hailed by Gourmet magazine as one of the Top 50 U.S. Restaurants and given the Award of Excellence by Wine Spectator magazine.
