Vail, Colo., February 13, 2019--The Taste of Vail, announced seminars today as part of its 2019 event taking place April 3-6, 2019 in the heart of Vail, Colorado. As one of the nation's top food and wine festivals, it is one of the few events in the country that invites dozens of winemakers and owners from all over the world to pour wine and interact with participants.
The Taste of Vail develops a series of new seminars each year designed to help food and wine enthusiasts expand their knowledge in entertaining and interactive sessions. For 2019, the seminars include a global focus that highlights some of the best winemaking regions of the world.

This is a must attend seminar of some of America's best minds in wine.
The group will discuss Santa Barbara's unique climate and explain some of the different appellations within Santa Barbara County and argue why Santa Barbara should be considered one of the best places in the world to grow grapes in.

The Pursuit of Premier Cru Status in Burgundy's Pouilly Fuisse

Pouilly Fuisse has been a household name in the wine world for decades and it is well on the way to clear the final hurdle of designating its finest vineyards to 1er Cru status.
Joseph Burrier of Chateau Beauregard along with Wilson Daniels Imports Education Director William Davis, representing the Pouilly Fuisse Estate of Roc de Boutires, will lead through a seminar on the famous region of Pouilly Fuisse in Burgundy. The panel will be moderated by Master Sommelier Jesse Becker from Chicago.
