Originally hailing from Arkansas Chef Lucas grew up with Italian and Southern influence and a passion for the kitchen. Chef Lucas began cooking at a young age and has been in kitchens all over the country from Vermont to Arizona. Working with classically trained French Chefs and in James Beard awarded kitchens Chef Lucas brings his passion for innovation and classic cuisine to combine and create the next step in Vail's fine dining.
