Chef Matthew Allen Good is the Executive Chef at The Charter at Beaver Creek, overseeing The Charter Steakhouse and The Terrace. A Colorado native, he developed a passion for cooking at a young age, influenced by his father, a seasoned chef. Good refined his culinary skills at Colorado Mountain College and has extensive experience in the Vail Valley. He emphasizes the use of locally sourced, sustainable ingredients, collaborating with suppliers like Fitch Ranch Artisan Meat Company. Known for his expertise in preparing dishes such as fig-glazed Colorado lamb and pan-seared scallops, Chef Good is also launching his own hot sauce brand, "Damn That's Good," utilizing local Colorado ingredients.
